Today, Excel Accountants is a well experienced team of 9. Our long standing team not only acts as an accountant for our clients, but as an adviser and friend for advice on all aspects of business

Shalini Camiah

**Director, FCCA**
Founder and senior adviser on all areas of accounts, taxation and VAT. Shalini is a qualified accountant as an FCCA and has extensive industry accounting experience with over 25 years in the industry.
Away from the office Shalini enjoys going to the gym and travelling regularly. She also partakes in weekly voluntary service in Care Homes and is involved in local religious activities. Shalini is also fluent in French.

Vinesh Camiah

**Director, ACA**
Over 10 years experience in accounting, mergers and acquisitions including company valuations and strategy consulting having worked for KPMG London and a London boutique consulting firm.
Vinesh plays 5-a-side football on a regular basis.

Julie Storey

**Manager**
Experienced accounts member and also has significant expertise with record keeping. Julie has a wealth of experience with different accounting software and deals with client onsite bookkeeping.
Away from the office, come rain or shine Julie can be found at a Girlguide or Scout camp pitching a tent or cooking for hoards of people and is an Assessor for the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award.

Ann Henderson

**Accounts & Payroll, AAT**
As well as accounts preparation, Ann supervises the VAT and Payroll. She has significant experience with both of these functions and is also involved with addressing and administering client’s auto-enrolment requirements.
Outside of work Ann enjoys sailing, skiing, lace making and travelling. At the weekends she likes to get involved with DIY as well as gardening with her chickens.

Karl Berry

**Accounts & Payroll, MAAT**
Karl is heavily involved with accounts preparation, payroll and VAT. He has been with Excel for 3 years now and has over 20 year previous experience in practice based accountancy.
Outside of work Karl can be found helping to run a football club for ages 6 – 18 with over 300 children involved. His interests include going to the cinema, reading and Tae Kwon Do.

Baljit Dodds

**Accounts & VAT**
Baljit has over 15 years’ experience in accounts and previously managed another practice and its team. She specialises in accounts preparation and has extensive knowledge of different accounting regulations.
Outside of work she carries out extensive charity work and is a regular gym goer.

Jeya Sivanesan

**Accounts & VAT**
Jeya is responsible for bookkeeping and preparing accounts. Her interests outside work are spending time with her two children and helping them with their education. She also enjoys gardening and is an avid cricket fan.

Matthew Stanbra

**Accounts & VAT**
Matthew is an experienced accounts assistant currently responsible for preparing VAT returns, corporation tax returns and accounts preparation. Matthew has worked in a number of accountancy practices prior to joining Excel in February 2018 and has over 3 years experience working in accounts.
Outside of work he enjoys time with his young son and is active in local politics for Bedfordshire.

James Hollands

**Junior Accountant**
James joined as an Apprentice and has quickly developed his skills to join us permanently. He has already ascertained a grasp of accounting techniques and has a variety of roles at Excel involving initial accounts preparation, VAT reconciliations and more.
Outside of the office James is a motor enthusiast, enjoys playing pool and table tennis and has a keen interest in computing technologies.
